Forcibly hatched baby need help

I just found a baby that got its shell pecked open by cannibals. Is there any way he might make it.

For context 2 broodys have been sitting on a giant nest thats been getting added to most days. They hatched 9 and I hatched a 10th myself yesterday.

Yes its under a lamp

The one I hatched was piping and I put it under a heat lamp in a box with bark and got some of the bark wet for humidity. It hatched and is now alive and well. One of the broodys likes it. But the chick prefers me.

Its still alive and the thing im assuming is the yolk is getting smaller. Its also moving a lot more now.
