I was able to get in touch with a great vet here. She is pretty sure that zinc toxicity is what’s doing her in. I’m going to reach out to the vet school to see if I can get a kelation compound from them.

In the mean time....I happen to have a retaining clip off one of my feeders......
It looks very similar.

Are you missing any clips on your feeders? They hold the rods in place.

No clips missing that I can see. We built the house a few years ago and the girls are constantly digging up little pieces of construction debris so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was that

UPDATE: A little bit perkier this morning but still not great. I’m letting her continue to rest in the garage and giving her all the treats!

I treated her as though she was egg bound. She was isolated from the rest of the flock and given several warm baths. I also put her in a warm room for the night. And lots of treats including both scrambled and raw egg. Since finding out that she was not egg bound, I have kept her isolated and let her convalesce in the bushes in front of our house. I noticed that she perked up when she heard our other birds so I just put her back in with the flock. I’m not optimistic about her prognosis, but I just can not bring myself to cull her. It’s selfish, I know.

She may reach a point that ending the suffering is necessary.
Several years ago I had a hen that was a true pet and was suffering. My dogs vet put her down for me. It cost me $25 to end her suffering. Totally understandable that it is difficult but there comes a time when the suffering is needing to end.
You might want to call a few vets and see first IF they will euthanize chickens and then how much it costs so you can move forward with full information.
