I treated her as though she was egg bound. She was isolated from the rest of the flock and given several warm baths. I also put her in a warm room for the night. And lots of treats including both scrambled and raw egg. Since finding out that she was not egg bound, I have kept her isolated and let her convalesce in the bushes in front of our house. I noticed that she perked up when she heard our other birds so I just put her back in with the flock. I’m not optimistic about her prognosis, but I just can not bring myself to cull her. It’s selfish, I know.
