I just wanted everyone to know that I have severe dyslexia. I know some of you have noticed my posts being edited a lot and I have been called out on some typos. There have been many times that I read a post the will say "Silly chickens" and I think it says "Silkie Chickens". I see words backwards or letters in different order then "normal" people see them. It has been getting worst as I get older. It has haunted me my whole life and caused me to do very bad in school as a child. I've been made fun of for most of my life because of it.

Me too. Diagnosed when I was a freshman in high school. Sucks people just think you are stupid. I graduated 9th in my class!

It really effects me most when I am tired. I can't drive with the radio on as it effects my concentration.

BUT I'm not as bad as some people. I know one guy that saw everything upside down!!!

Edited to add: I don't see things upside down, I see them backwards. I don't see 123 I see 321. Or I see them all messed up like, 231. I can't help it. My older brother is A.D.D. Now that was terrible on my parents, 2 kids with issues.

Dont feel bad I cant type without making mistakes and even after proof reading I still find them after posting and I supposedly have nothing wrong.

Wow- that must be really hard. I'm glad you were diagnosed early instead of going through life thinking you're "stupid". You're not stupid!

Hey, and there's nothing wrong with letting your hair down and getting out the shine, either! I'm right there with you. We're young, no kids... Gotta do it while we still can.
