I have some extra pigeons to sale or trade. Do I need to register to participate?

I want a hen that lays white eggs if anyone wants to trade or sale.
 
Much to the dismay of all of you, I will not be at this show.

I wont be able to attend due to other commitments on that day. Attending a Pullurom Tester Training class in VA so I can test my birds before entering the state of NC. I wanted to go to Winston as that is the only show within a reasonable driving distance for me. So all you silkies exhibitors will be safe me from this go around....
