Found a Baby Kitten

Get it to the vet quickly. Don't feed cow's milk, you'll have to get kitten replacement milk. Be sure she's warm. Check for any ticks or mites, or otherwise any wounds that will need treatment.
If you think the momma if nearby set the kitten in the garage in a box (while watching ofc) and if the kitten cries she may hear.

Update:
I called around for a vet exam but everywhere was $30-80 so I decided I would wait for mom cat, ask around then make a vet appt for the weekend. Went to get kitten wet food and kitten formula, and talked to some employees at the store. Talked to some neighbors who said it was probably a stray and there has been no sign of mom cat. I asked some friends/family if they were interested and my sister decided to take the little kitten for my nephew. Apparently my nephew(10) has been quite the cat-dad; cleaning his room every night so he can care for it close by; reminding his mom to get things it needs, and to make the vet appointment. This is his first experience raising a pet and I'm pretty excited to know he's taking big responsibilities including writing down all his questions for the vet. And the little kitten is doing really well, affectionate and playful, easily trained to use the litter box.

Seems to have worked out perfect for the little kitty found inside a car.

Awww that's great that he's taking good care of her! Not many kids can take up such a big responsibility as he did.

That's a cute kitten! Good luck with her(?)!

That's a good rescue tale with a happy ending! 🤗

An adorable little kitten, too. She looks to be a couple four-five weeks old. Her eyes are good and open.

Good for your nephew! Responsible and caring, sounds like he has it figured out.

With no prior experience raising a pet, I am quite impressed.

Kittens are hard to tell. Last time I checked a kittens gender I only got it right because we had a verified boy I could base my guess on.
It was harder to tell than I thought!! The lady at the pet store said her color looked like a girl ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I didn't know color mattered with gender. It definitely has a very pretty coloration though 🤣 I am dying to know if it is a boy or girl. I think they named it "Blue", something neutral.
