Not really sure where to post this, but I went outside to feed my chickens and I found a baby bird on the floor I left it there for about 20 minutes but then I found it still there. I got a glove and picked it up d brought inside and put it inside a cage I had. I don’t know what to do? I tried feeding it but doesn’t seem like it wants to eat. Any suggestions will help.

You'll have to feed it yourself.
If you have bread or dry dog food, mix ot with water and put it in a syringe. Open the beak by lightly squeezing the sides and put some food in. You might need help since it's difficult.

I'd consider calling a vet or animal rescue to take it off your hands

moist canned food is best, but it will also need a light for warmth. Do NOT feed it worms, momma birds chew the worms before feeding, I don't think you want to do that.

Ditto Dat.

A better pic might help here...so we can tell how old it is.
Many wild birds are fledging now,
they may end up on the ground but mama and/or papa will tend to them,
so it's often best to leave them alone.

Oh I'm so sorry. There's not much you can do with baby birds. I was once looking after a baby pigeon, she was doing so well and getting stronger, I'd let her out in the garden everyday so her mom could feed her. But one day I found her dead... :(
