FOUND A CHICKEN? help.

I CAUGHT HER! around 8:00; it was CRAZY, but I caught her and shes still really skittish. she definetly aint ever going to be a cuddly chicken. more like a "crazy aunt who tells you stories" chicken.
We have her in a lean to against my dads building that we blocked off so she cant get out. she pooped the second I got her out of the box she was in for an hour.

I'm almost POSITIVE shes a white rhode island.

Move slowly when dealing with her and talk to her. She'll calm down eventually.

Yes, move and speak softly. Bring her treats once a day or so. Keep patient with her/him and she will come around. Sit with it and talk gently and it will come around for you...at least more so than right now. It is just terrified but it will learn you are the best thing that ever happened to it.

I have factory farm chickens and they learned to run to me for treats and for protections (when they got picked on) and just love
