Found a chicken on the road and took it home...

Give her a long, warm salt bath (no, not brining her!!! lol), get her cleaned up, give her a hand full of treats and then get us some pics!!!

Edit To Add: Culling her may be the best option FOR HER.... not for you. Again, these chickies are bred to grow fast and get culled young.
I brine and baste my rooster every day during his recovery process. I just finished lathering him in honey, and he's nibbling on cilantro. And when I examine him sometimes I put him on a cutting board because it's easy to rotate without having to move him.

YOU are a weird chicken person. We should be friends!

Walking is great!!! Look out for labored breathing :( that's not a good sign for these fast growing type birds. For her sniffles you could give her some crushed raw garlic and vetrx on her nostrils and in her water. I would give your other hens vetrx also...just because they are in such close proximity.
I have looked into this and definitely plan on purchasing some. This is my first flock...as well as my first rescue...so this is all new to me. Thanks so much!

This is very true : ) I have been thinking to myself, "I don't know if she's the luckiest bird, or the unluckiest [in reference to being 'rescued']".

Update: The chicken I found is doing well. It's walking around much better, it has preened itself to look and smell a lot better. It lets me pet it, however, it has not recognized me as "top cock" yet...but it's only been 9 days. It's eating and drinking on its own. I put a little apple cider vinegar in it's water and gave it some yogurt to eat. I picked up some electrolytes and vitamin supplements as well as some diatomaceous earth to give it. It's eyes look clear (from what I can tell) and I haven't heard any noises (sneezing, coughing, breathing heavy). It seems to have a little sore under it's wing (bottom pic). It looks gross, but it's actually gotten better since I first brought the chicken home. I plan on giving it a bath this weekend. Here are a few pics:
