Found a mama hen can anyone help a newb gender 6 week old chicks

This may be a reach but she sort of looks like a Red Jungle Fowl Hen (though still probably an EE mix).

I was looking at some of the game and jungle fowls that I thought looked alot like her and she is such a strong pertective brooder I think she might have some. She did manage to survive, hatch chicks and keep them all alive by herself before we took her in.

Agree with your sexes, with the first 2 looking like pullets. They all look EE or some mix of it to me. How did you find and the catch a mother hen with chicks? I'm pretty impressed.
She hatched them in the yard and would not leave their side so we were able to slip a quick homemade brooding cage over her and the chicks. She managed to keep all 11 alive and well for about a week before we were able to get them.

You said she is looking ruff yes that is the mothering being hard on her..
and the reason jungle fowl was thought .. but do agree on your sexing on them
Do you think the first 2 look like little pullets that seems to be the direction most are leaning

1, 3, 4, 5 look like pullets to me. Something makes me think cockerel for two, but I'm not certain. She's an Easter Egger! I see no reason to assume she has any game bird in her. She even has a beard (or remnants of one) like an Easter Egger
Yeah there seems to be somthing about #2 the color and tail dont looks like the girls to me but its comb is nothing compared to the boys. I think it is just going to keep me guessing lol.

Hi my family found a hen with chicks they are now 6 weeks old. We have guessed on most due to comb and tail of their genders. The first two though are a complete mystery to me so far. Would love input because I have never done this before and whould like to know if you agree.

Chick 1 is a runt 1/2 the size so is so hard to compare to the others
