Found an egg on my dock

Pics
I am putting it on lockdown tomorrow and I am so anxious about doing anything wrong! Should I candle it before lockdown? Should I keep the humidity around 65% for a water bird? I am also not positive what day it is on or what day it should hatch so how should I be monitoring if everything is going okay?

Hi all!

I am freaking out a little here! The air cell has just barely grown and it is supposed to be on lockdown today. What humidity should I keep it at?

I also candled it today and saw no movement? Could it just be resting?

Can you post a few candling pics and air cell pics? I think it's ok. I never follow the air cell charts with my ducks. What has the humidity roughly been? The air cell will drop way down once it internally pips. I can't wait to see that little baby!

The bird was probably standing on the dock and couldn't wait to lay the egg. I have wild geese that show up every year to nest by the pond in my yard and along the river bank. When they show up before the ice melts or before they can make a nest I some times find eggs in the yard. So far in the last 6 years I have found 3 and gave them to some people who had tame geese nesting 2 out of the 3 hatched.

I am worried about taking it out too much because it only has 3 days left! It looks like it did on page 12 just much fuller. But not moving today :( .

Is it okay to take it out again for pictures? The humidity has been around 55% the whole incubation.
