Found baby chick is sick

Hi everyone,
My friend found a probably 2 day old chick in the middle the road last night. We live in Guam so there are wild chickens everywhere. It mimics the chirping motion with its beak but doesn’t actually chirp. I’m worried that it’s sick. I checked for pasty butt and it seems okay. There is nowhere on island that sells heating lamps so I have had it on a warmer bottle or in my shirt. What should I do?

This could be a lot of different things, but the mouth opening makes me think a crop problem.

Could you order something from amazon? We put our toddler put chicks in her shirt last year and that all died. Is she eating/drinking, what does her poop look like, pics.

I agree with Weeg, you need a better heat source.

If it's not eating or drinking on its own then it's probably best that you just kill it and get it over with.

It won’t get here in time. With COVID amazon is taking a month to get here
