Found Baby duck

I'm not going to let her hatch eggs. I take them everyday, but she still sits all day long! Then steals other eggs before I collect them, Has been going on since April. She drives me nuts. I don't want more ducks I have 25 and 2 geese... But I'd like her to raise these babies instead of me :p

Try it you'll know soon enough. I do understand I have a broody duck that started in March and although I have taken all her eggs and any she steals she just keeps on sitting. they are crazy things sometimes.

She does this every year. Last year she did it until august! I have some guinea hen eggs, I was thinking of putting under her, but wondered if she would lead the babies into the pond once they hatch?

She would you'd have to take them from her when they hatch. So your not going to put the duckling under her?

She wouldn't except the babies :(

My geese get so loud at night its hard to sneak in there to put them under her.

Maybe I'll just have her hatch some guinea eggs then take them away. So she will get this egg hatching nonsense out of her head!

it's simple and so easy.Every day kids do this job done here in this village.just put a dark cloth on her head so that her eyes are covered and she cannot see anything then she will calm down and let you do what ever you want. But be careful and do it properly.
