Found baby turkey, wounded wing

I think she's probably a turkey. Her wind has a bad wound where it attaches to her body. It seems to be warm. What medicines should I use? Should I give her a bath?

Cleaning the injury is probably a good thing, but I don't know what type of medicine to give a turkey. Hopefully someone else will know.

I was told to give her a tiny bit of asprin.

if he turkey's wing has a laceration put some iodine for farm animals on the wing to reduce any risk of infection. I would recommend to put her up in a stall or enclosure for safety. when she becomes more active then I would say let her out and let it do its thing. feed it yard feed and provide clean water.
