So how do I return the bird or contact it's owner?

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I emailed someone I found online and they tracked down the owner. I'll be back with the info.

Ok, do a web search on Hawkbait Lofts. There are links to the clubs and if you email the guy the info he'll get back to you with a name and phone number.
