Found Beautiful Chicken in Backyard. Need someone to come get and take

Hi - There is a beautiful chicken in my backyard. It showed up last night and is still here (actually next door yard at the moment. I haven't been able to get close to it. I don't want to call Animal Control. I found the people who have a chicken coop and who have chickens (but they are denying have any chickens because the neighbors told me they've called animal control on them a lot) So this chicken is just here and I'm sure hungry. If you're in Louisville, please let me know what to do. If you have chickens, do you want another one?

The poor thing. It in the next door neighbors yard just laying down. Chickens can't find their way home, can they? It lives 2 streets over.

You could try to herd it back home or tempt it into a shed & close the door behind you to grab it.

Or catch it with a long handled net -- we use one bought for fishing.

Well..I'm in Kentucky at least..but over 100 miles away. Kind of far to drive for one chicken.
