Found blood on my hen backside feathers

My hen has blood on her feather and we don't know if it something we should be worried about. We haven't found any blood in her excrement. We have read that it might be coccidiosis.Thank you for sharing your ideas.

If there isn't any blood in her poop, just on her feathers, then it might not be the problem. Check her feathers and skin around the area. Does she have any hidden injury? If she isn't showing any other symptoms than just a tad of blood on her feathers, then I wouldn't pin it on Cocci just yet. Have you seen any of the other hens bullying her before?
