Found budgie in the wild

I found this budgie in the wild. After making many phone calls to local agencies and posting pictures and lost pets groups, no one claimed this bird. We decided to take it in. I need help with identification, age, and gender. Thanks so much! The final pic was taken right I found it.

Looks like a young lutino budgie to me. Gender, I'm not too sure, but leaning female. I'll leave the care stuff to the hard-core budgie people

I thought lutino at first but no red eyes. Just black no iris. I got care covered but I’m also curious about age. I need those hard core budgie people to please chime in lol!

She's young. Less than 8 months is my guess. Around the 8 month mark is when the iris starts to develop

I can't see the cere very clearly but leaning female. She's very young, only about 4 or 5 months old.

I'd agree with your guess, but because we can't see the barring on the head (whatever her mutation is) I'll play it safe

I was doing some research and your budgie may be older if it is a dark eyed clear mutation. It could also be a double factor spangle. I'm not well versed in budgie genetics and how they work so I can't say for sure which mutation it is.

I'd say female. Not a good picture to base off.
The above comment is correct.
If she has black eyes she is a DEC (dark eyed clear) or DF Spangle (double factor). The only way to tell would be wait and see if she develops an iris ring. If she's DEC you're not going to be able to tell age. Is there any blue in her cere? That may indicate she's young.
