Found chicken after 18 days!

Hi! My chicken went missing on NY’s Eve and we assumed a predator got her. My daughter found her trapped and alive in our woodpile yesterday! Alive! I guess she survived off of snow! We live in Ontario where it is very cold, I can’t believe she’s ok!
Anyone hear of chickens living off of snow for so long?

I know! This poor chicken has had an awful run! In the summer some predator killed four of our flock and she was hopping around afterwards so it got her too. She wouldn’t eat and just sat around for about a month. She recovered from that and then this happened!

That is one tough chicken! She deserves some spoiling after everything she's been through.
