I would look around for blood on the roost which could be from a peck wound or a pulled blood feather. Also check your chickens for a bleeding feather, comb wound, and have a look at their vents. Look for more blood if it could be coming from their droppings, but it looks more like an injury or vlood feather. Chickens will peck an injure vents, especially if there was a prolapse or bullying.

I checked for blood on the roost but there is none and there are no peck wounds. Checked the combs the bottles the wings all of their vents- nothing . seems isolated to one bird

Do you know which bird it's coming from?
I would re-check for injury again. If she poops is the blood coming from that or the vent?

We also had a lot of blood one morning. When we put them in the coop the night before we thought we may have heard a mouse or chipmunk rustling inside. The next morning we saw this. White brahmas with absolutely NO blood on them including vents. It freaked me out seeing it! The roost piece is a 1x6.
