We also had a lot of blood one morning. When we put them in the coop the night before we thought we may have heard a mouse or chipmunk rustling inside. The next morning we saw this. I would re-check for injury again. If she poops is the blood coming from that or the vent?
Who knows maybe it's blood vomit? It can happen.

You had posted about an injured quail yesterday, and now have a BO who is bleeding from her vent? Can you start a new thread about her so that we can help you? We are trying to help Navoho girl on this thread. Was she pecked on her vent? Look at how much room your birds have, and what you are feeding them.I don't know... she just looks down. Her tail is always sticking straight up but now it's drooping down. She is just standing in the middle of the run swaying back in fourth with her eyes closed!
