Found out a new way for butchering quail.

I dont think it should be butchering them,more like stepping on them lol.What you do is spread out there wings,lay them on a clean surface and step on each wing.You then grab both legs and pull up,not directly but close,when you do it you have to do it slowly all the guts and things will come out with the legs and whatyou left with is a pink body.the only downfall is that the legs come away to,but I guess you could also skin those after.Have any of you tried this method?And if so tell me how it went. (edited to add that the bird will have already been killed before you begin this procedure!)

Its not as gross as it sounds tho,I found on a thing in yuotube,they were quail hunters and that was there prefered method,I think I might try it maybe and also do some the normal way too.Id never put a animal in that much pain just so you know.
