found ringneck dove HELP!

found a ringneck dove, it is white with red eyes and now has a light ring around its neck, so i believe it isn't a baby dove..it couldn't fly it was just poking against the window. It's been about 6 months now, it looks fine and healthy..is it okay to keep it? i dont want to spend money on going to a vet to get it checked out or anything. its wings looks like it's been clipped..maybe it was someone's pet? the primary feather, on each side looks like one has been clipped.. on another note- doves are so cute and friendly!

Yes, it was once someone's pet. Ringnecks are domestic birds

I would keep it as a pet. They don't usually last long on their own in the "wild". They make great pets!

Can you post some pictures of it?
