Found this chicken hit by car. Breed?

The black tail feathers and neck feathers appear to lack any barring, so I'm thinking it's a Columbian Rock.

Where was the injury?

Sorry, never saw this. She could not walk. Wouldn't use one leg but could move it. After a few days, she just limped horribly. Took about a month (long enough to keep her from my flock as well) but she slowly recovered and is now incorporated into my flock and is the sweetest chicken I have. Curious and pesty while I'm cleaning, etc. She was a great find!!!!

Its a Delaware chicken and probably a female roosters are bigger.

She is a Columbian Rock. A Delaware would have barring in the hackle and tail feathers.
