It's ok. When you try and feed him try and make him take his head out of the shell and try and clean that wound that's on his throat with some water and you can also use hydrogen peroxide.

He won’t eat. He is jus sitting there. It doesn’t help that it’s winter so he doesn’t want to do much

then you should add some small bushes from around your house to his box. But clean them first If you have a really really big cardboard box use that for an enclosure and like I said before make a sort of cave like structure with old clean blankets you don't need anymore and see if he likes it. Also Put some water for him

His box is not to big. And it’s night so I may get the bushes in the morning

that's good encourage him to move
