Four week old lethargic turkey poult

The only vet that treats barnyard animals out here has a 150$ pre-charge and that doesn’t include the actual examination and testing. I’m a broke college student and unfortunately can’t afford that. I do have some amoxicillin and some other antibiotic, I’ll have to check.
Only sulfa antibiotics can be used to treat coccidiosis. :(

To treat your poult you will have to weigh or try to guess the weight. I'm not 100% positive, but I think the sulfa dose is 50 mg/kg, which is 5 mg per 100 grams of body weight. At 4 weeks my peachicks weigh about 400 grams, so I would give my four week old peachicks 20 mg. Let me know what your poult weighs and what pills you have and I will tell you how to make a suspension and how much to give.

I found a tractor supply store that carries corid, so I’ll be picking some up. How do I administer it and how much?

Since he isn't drinking, mix 1/2 teaspoon with 2 teaspoons of water and give 0.07 ml (~4 drops) per 100 grams of body weight once or twice a day.

Do you have a scale to weigh him on? If not, go ahead and assume he's about 400 grams if he's a heritage breed. Broad breasted, they would be much heavier though.

Also use no less than 1.5 teaspoons powder per gallon for his normal drinking water. If you're using a quart waterer, go ahead and use 1/2 teaspoon per quart. Ii's a little more than you're supposed to use, but 1/2 teaspoon is a lot easier than trying to figuring out 1/4 of 1.5 teaspoons. :)
