This is my Ellie. You can't really tell in the pic, but she is textured. I made her out of wall patching plaster and then painted her.

If you're in the mountains, you must be in western NC. I have a brother living over that way, somewhere around Taylorsville.

Hmmmm... this one, with such a long date away before the last submission is due, I MIGHT be able to complete in time! Funny, I was just doodling a chick picture the other day, but it went into our science log. I guess I know what I'll be doing next time my daughter's playing mother hen!
