Fowl Pox after preditor attack?

Update. We still have just the three hens, and they definitely have fowl pox. The injured bird has developed it significantly around her eyes. :( I'm treating the lesions with hydrogen peroxide on all of them. I've also added Terramycin to their water in case of wet pox, which I haven't seen yet. I think they are going to pull through ok. They haven't had a drop in egg production, but I've been tossing the eggs since I noticed the infection. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and refuse to expose myself or family to any potential threat. How long should I expect the virus to last? It's been two weeks or more already.
