My chicken seems to have developed fowl pox. Is there any way I could cure or treat it?

thank you my friend.Hi there.
Sorry you're facing this.
Fowl Pox is virus that will run its' course and the body will fight it by rallying T cells. Keep nutrition high using a formulated ration not diminished by treats. Maybe offer some probiotics if you like.
Hope they recover quickly!![]()

Guys I only have one chicken and he is a pet. By the way the pox is gone now. Thanks. It moves fairly slowly through a flock, and I've seen recommendations for vaccinating so far unaffected birds in the flock, in the face of an outbreak. Check with your state vet expert, and/or google the vaccine recommendations.
Otherwise, it's nursing care, and time.
