Fowl Pox or Just Paranoid?

Happy Friday!
I noticed these little white spots on my Serama roo’s comb and wattles yesterday. It’s only one one side of his face. Not acting unusual or anything, but if it is fowl pox, I’d like to catch it early…
He is a little and newer guy to my flock, so it could be a peck wound (although I haven’t seen him get bullied at all). I read somewhere that poultry wounds can turn white when healing, is this true?

Thank you!

I don't see anything to worry about. He looks fine to me.
Thank you - I took this pic this morning, does it still look fine to you? I figured it would have gone away by now but it seems to be bigger. I can’t find anything about white spots online other than fowl pox, but it doesn’t look like that to me either. He is still eating, scratching and crowing and nobody else has these spots.
