Fowl pox or something else?

This morning I noticed dark wart-like lesions on Iris’ wattles. A quick Google made me wonder if it could be fowl pox because the mosquitos have been awful. I found a yellowish lesion on Violet. Everyone is acting happy and healthy. They just started laying eggs Wednesday.

Here’s a better photo of Violet’s wattle.

My first thought with Iris was that it was dirt but it’s firmly attached like a growth.

Almost look like a blister.
Could she have gotten it pinched in something?

I would try applying a bit of vaseline or coconut oil to Iris's wattles, see if that helps loosen up what's on there or you can apply warm wet compresses.
