Fowl Pox? Please look at the pics and reply

I have a nine month old Cream Legbar and I noticed that she has what appears to be a growth or scabbing on both of her eyes to a point where they are almost forced closed, they are also on her comb and wattle. Someone suggested fowl pox -- from my google image search that seems possible. I have her separated from the rest of the flock. What are my main concerns, can anyone give me any input?

It does look like fowl pox to me. I would treat her eyes with ophthalmic ointment or drops to keep them lubricated and to ward off bacterial infection in them.
