I bought some turkeys at a sale last week, a couple days ago these sores popped up on their faces and one has gotten pretty big, just curious about what exactly am I dealing with. only three of six that I bought have the sores, one has a very small bump on the cheek, another has one on its eye, and the worst one is about the size of a dime on its cheek

Can you get some clearer pictures of the faces? The red part of the eye could be conjunctivitis or respiratory, or possibly a peck wound. Fowl pox is a virus spread by mosquitoes, and it lasts 2-3weeks. Most will recover, but there is a wet form that gets inside the beak and thoat that can be mire serious. Here is some info:

If you have mosquitoes, then it's very possible this is fowl pox. Unfortunately it has to run its course. Sometimes iodine can help dry up the lesions and shorten the duration of the disease.
Mosquitoes are ridiculously bad here this year. Thank you
