Fowl pox?

My poor little hen has had a turn for the worst, I tried everything and she just started to fail two days ago, stopped eating all together
I gave her water with an eye dropper and wet her food and did the same. She just got weaker and weaker. Breaks my heart, She came into my world 6 or so yrs ago she choose us by flying into my yard. No one claimed her so she joined our family. She is a gift!
