Thank you!I the first photo on her wattles and earlobes it looks like it may be dry form of Fowl Pox.
Maybe a small lesion on the rooster's wattle.
Third photo it looks like a small peck mark.
For Dry Form of Fowl Pox, you can dot the lesions with Iodine to help dry them up if you wish. Do your best not to rub or disturb the scabs this can cause the virus to spread.
Dry Fowl Pox generally will resolve on it's own over the course of several weeks.
Do change out and clean shared water stations. Some also provide sanitized water using either Iodine or Oxine (info in the link below).
Hopefully they will heal quickly with no issues.
