Fowl pox?

Me again!
Is this Fowl pox? How can I treat her? Will it get to my other hens?
She has been acting completely normal except for fighting with the others a lot.

Should I be concerned about my flock?
Will she die at any point with this?
I know that chickens can be fine one day and the next day very sick.

She seems to only have 1 scab. I checked all the others and they don't seem to have it.

She looks and acts normal

It could be fowl pox, but I would expect to see more scabs coming. Will she die? Heck no that is pretty mild. It might be a healing peck wound, but let us know if you see more scabs. Here is some reading with more pictures:
