Fowl Pox?

Verdict is in..... Vet says scabs. No fowl pox! Now if they can just go away before the 4H show, so he can look like his beautiful self.

That doesn't look like pox at all. I am currently fighting wet and dry pox. Looks like he just got into an argument with someone and he will be fine. Good luck :)

Do you think putting some neosporin ointment on his comb would help heal it up faster? I don't think it would hurt. Good luck at the fair!

NJChix, We've been putting triple antibiotic ointment on him every time we catch him. Seems to be helping. Oh, n love the Avatar! We vacation in OC NJ

luvmybirds: Thanks. and so sorry about your birds, I hear the wet variation of pox can be deadly. Hope you make out ok.
