fowl pox?

I discovered black spots on Hilde's comb this morning, and noticed her sneezing. She was happy roaming the yard as usual and seemed ok otherwise. It's winter and has been very cold, yet it doesn't seen like frostbite to me? Hilde is kept with 2 other Wyandottes which show no signs of being unwell. I'd appreciate opinions and suggestions as I've never had a sick chook before.

As you may know, fowl pox is carried by mosquitoes, so it is unlikely to be the cause. Also, it would be odd for fowl pox to cause sneezing: I suppose it could if a bird developed a lesion inside the nose. My guess is the spots are pecking injuries from some mild squabble, or perhaps a run-in with something sharp somewhere. The sneezing could just be some dust or other foreign matter -- hopefully. I would watch for respiratory illness, but I wouldn't assume she has one just from a few sneezes.
