Amari went and sat by Ruby. She had thought of something last night while she was keeping watch. So she decided to run it by Ruby. "Your owner Jack, was attacked by the wolves, was he not? So these wolves have lost all fear of humans. They have now become a treat to others. What do you think Jack is planning on doing with them? I mean, he can't very well run a fox sanctuary if the wolves are killing and eating them, can he? That would be counter productive. Do you think he has plans of catching and relocating them in mind. Have you heard anything to that effect?" Amari inquired.

Red ate pieces of the raccoon happily, Vasper by her side(eating with her?)

"No, I haven't heard him talk about the wolves at all. He doesn't really believe in moving them to land they've never seen before." She said.

Red liked having another male by her side, before she felt like she was the only Fox in the world, now she had Vasper there to help her through things, and she was there for Vasper, the same. She didn't think of her old mate at all much, he was in the past, and she couldn't live her life in the past no longer. She did care for her old mate, but she knew he was in a better place

Vasper leaned over to lick some of the blood off of Red nuzzle. Then went back to eating.
 
Red smiled and did the same. She felt like a new Fox in a new world, it was no longer the world of sadness,death,and grief, it was a new world of love,life, and happiness. And it now came upon her.
