Fox breed RP II (Arctic foxes, American red foxes, fennec foxes, gray foxes, corsac foxes, and more!

"So, Astral, I hope you had a good time with Castiel last night." Hans said, it was in a little tiny bit of a annoyed tone.

Castiel found Rieve sitting off from the river, she was looking out over the water. He silently walked up to her and nudged her as he sat down beside her. She jumped from being startled. He asked her with a chuckle. "What I wonder, is on my little Eve's mind?" He smiled at her sweetly. "Oh! I must say, it was so nice of Hans to catch you breakfast and for you to share it too." He paused and thought, then continued with, "Why you didn't give me the chance to provide for you, hurts my feelings." He put a fake pout face on.

Rieve ventured to look at him unimpressed. "You seemed to be a little busy, with other matters."she said dryly.

"My dear Eve, you wouldn't be jealous now would you?" He asked her.

Rieve remembered her plan. So she said nothing to him. Pretending to be mad.

Castiel just chuckled softly.

"Sure, I guess, all we did was talk." She said trying to reassure him that they didn't do much

"Well, I was going to ask if you could leave my territory, this is all mine, well, the land you're on right now. But I don't want you to go without Castiel." Hans said, he hoped she was smart enough to know what he meant.

Gideon was exploring the woods, he had no problems so far with other foxes. He didn't even smell one anywhere around. In fact it had been miles since he had came across another fox. Sometimes your just lucky. So he decided that this would be a very good territory for himself. He wouldn't need a very large territory, he found that the smaller ones were a lot easier to defend. So Gideon started to scent mark the perimeter. This time he told himself was going to be different. There were no foxes around to taunt and terrorize him. After he finished scent marking, he would start digging his den. If he worked hard, he'd have a safe place to sleep tonight. What a truly happy thought, it really made him smile. He had found himself a new home.

"Oh, that is fine, this is your land and I respect that, I'll talk to Castiel." Astral flattened her ears, she couldn't protest, she didn't have a right. This was Hans territory, so she was to follow all rules. Astral went to find Castiel

"I do so love your silent treatment, Eve. But I don't believe you know, that I know it's all faked. In the realm of mental games, sweet Eve, you are an amateur. You have never and will never love me. So how can you ever be jealous of me?" Castiel clarified for her. He stood up then looked out over the river for a long while. Then said aimlessly, "All my life I have tried to prove myself worthy of you, Eve. I provided protection and food. I have loved you from a far. Denying my instincts. Waiting for the day, that you would consider me a worthy mate, if not grow to love me, just a little." He paused then looked back at her again. He stayed that way, until finally Rieve looked him in the eyes. "Where did I go wrong? Why am I so unworthy of your heart and Hans gets your heart, in just one day?!" He yelled the last part. When she didn't answer. Castiel asked with a sneer, "Why do I fall, so short of your high standards?" He growled at her. He had to step away from her, he was getting ready to do something that was against even his nature. He made himself turned and walked off into the woods.

Rieve now left alone, finally let her tears run free. She knew she had wounded Castiel deeply. She hated doing it, but it was the only way to make him think about things. How his life had been designed by others, too. He was as much a prisoner to it, as she was.

"But if Castiel won't follow, then stay until he will." Hans said nicely.

Hans heard the loud shouts. He ran to Rieve, worried what Castiel had done. He passed him and said "If you want her stop shouting at her!" he said it angrily and ran to Rieve. He found her. "Rieve, don't cry." Hans said sweetly and sat next to her.

Rieve looked over at Hans. She shook her head and said," He knows. He knew all along, I was faking. He was just playing along, Hans. Cass can read everyone so well. You can't hide anything from him, he can see right through you. I fear I made him mad. But maybe though his anger he will understand, the way of things."
