He arrived at a giant waterfall. It was loud and flowed down off of a tall cliff.

Rieve was breathless at it's beauty. The cool mist that was in the air, scented it with the rich earthy smell of water and wet stone. She looked over at him shocked. She wondered how she had missed that his eyes were such a vivid green. "Hans! Your eyes are unlike any I have ever seen."

He grinned. "Thank you. My mom always said they were unique, but I felt like she was just being a mom trying to make me feel good about myself." He said. "But you are kind." He smiled at her sweetly.

He looked so handsome when he smiled like that. She asked "Do you think I could go down there and get a drink? Or is it to dangerous?"

"It's not dangerous, or, I don't think so. I've even gone behind the waterfall before." He told her.

Rieve slowly climbed down to the fairly calm pool. She ventured out on one of the rocks that was smooth with erosion. She was fine until she leaned over to get a drink. That's when her center of gravity was thrown off balance and she slid into the ice water. She came to the surface gasping. Dog paddling back over to the shore she tried to get out, but the rocks where to high. She clawed at them, not getting anywhere. The cold water was quickly zapping her strength.

(Oops! What a clumsy fox! :p )

Ashe saw Rieve fall in and he knew she wouldn't last long, he had a good view of the waterfall, and had dug his den there so he could watch it, he quickly made his way down to the water, he jumped from stone to stone, he was well practiced and the slick stones didn't bother him, he quickly got near Rieve, he stood on a large rock, the current hit the rock and broke off in two directions, one would go to a small crick of water, the other wen't over the second waterfall, he would grab her and direct her into the slower current, and she could get out herself. "Swim over to me!" He shouted, hoping she could hear him through the sound of the waterfall.

Rieve was starting to panic, the more she clawed the weaker she was becoming. Then she heard a voice call out," Swim over to me!" She looked in that direction and saw another fox. Her survival instincts kicked in and she did as he said. But she had slowed down considerably by the time she got over to him.
