Castiel noted Hans dominant posture. He chuckled to himself. He can be that way for now. He knew it had to do with something Rieve had said. Because he sure wasn't like that a few minutes ago. His face practically deflated when he had called Rieve, his only love. He would play nice simply because he owed this fox a debt, for helping his would be mate survive. Castiel looked back at Rieve and smiled, because at two years old, she was so naive. For he had kept all male foxes at bay. He was a formidable fox, where she was concerned. So let Hans posture. Castiel still had to woo his lady love and he hadn't found a territory yet.

"But, Rieve. The reason why I was trying to find you is one, I was scared to death you were hurt," He chuckled, "and two, I had made the den bigger and better for you to stay in while you heal. But you are healed completely so I guess you don't want to anymore." Hans said. He tried to look handsome so Rieve wouldn't be distracted by this fox that she had just met, he seemed more like a stalker than a good mate, but he was going to act polite and nice to him.
 
Rieve looked at Hans, then back at Castiel. Castiel's eyes warned me, that my decision carried more weight, then just staying with Hans. She then looked back at Hans and smiled nervously. I then said, " But this sweet red fox here has let me stay with her. It would be rude to up and leave. We have become fast friends, have we not?." Rieve looked to the red fox for help. She pleaded to her with her eyes.

Castiel just chuckled softly.

He looked at Castiel, he didn't trust him much, just picking up any vixen the first day. He wanted to have Rieve stay with him because he was afraid something bad would happen due to the icy waters, not because he was just some hot shot looking for ladies. Maybe he was kind, but he didn't know. He made a unsure face.
