Arran got up and went and sat by him. "Giddy, don't live in the past. It doesn't changes anything, it only wastes the future." She explained to him.
Gideon frowned as he thought about it that way. She was right, he had wasted too much of his life, with old hurts. "Thank you, Arran. I needed that new perspective. Sometimes, if you look at something only one way, for so long, you forget there is another side to it. But I must ask again, why do you call me Giddy? The short name for Gideon is Gid." He explained to her. He looked at her surprised. She was blushing.
"Well, I call you Giddy, because....um," she whispered to him. "That's how you make me feel. Giddy!" She finished with a giggle.
Gideon straightened up and looked at her shocked. "Me? I do that?" He couldn't think straight from her words. That's when she licked his muzzle. He turned bright pink, dang albinoism, showed everything.
