If it is are they 24 or more inches high ?

I would say a fox. The tail looks too bushy and it looks too small for any coyote we have around here.

I am pretty sure it's a fox but my husband and SIL said "coyote" when they saw the pictures. The fence behind him is 5 feet tall, but the perspective is weird, I think.
