FPC Annual Poultry Show - Morganton, NC - October 27, 2012

2 weeks till the show.

Setup for the show is Sunday Oct 21 starting around 2pm. This is when we pull the cages/tables/shavings from the storage trailer and set everything up in the show building. If anyone is in the area and wants to volunteer some time to help, it would be appreciated. The more people we have helping the less time it takes. You can do as much as you want for as long as you want. We don't want anyone to over do it.

I love this show. I hope to attend this year. With the district Silkie club meet, will anyone have some SQ birds available for sale? I have a really pretty partridge pullet (I hope) I'd like to get a friend for.

Okay I just went out and looked though my birds. I will have a few BBred Cockerels to bring, Three Black Cockerels, 7 Black pullets, possibly a few hens and a cock bird in blacks, and if anyone is interested I am cutting back to two pairs of blues this year since Im back in school so most of my breeders will be for sale. Most of them are in a molt right now but I can gurantee they are super birds. If you're interested just let me know before the show and I can bring the blues. Here are a few pictures of the birds from this year. Please look over the mud, i let them all out every day.

I never have received a catalog in the mail so I am sure glad you posted the info! However, I do not think I will be showing at this one, only observing.
I should be able to enter mine at Clemson next month.

can anyone recommend a show breeder near Anson County, NC? I purchased some beautiful Wyandottes (but the breeder is 4 hours from me) and I would love to be able to buy quality chickens in the future (I only have a cockrel & pullet that are 5 months old).
