Mine are still under a year, I was hoping it was just cause they were young. First one to do it so far. Will get oyster shells tomorrowHave had it happened once or twice. But, my girls were just pullets at the time and I figured it must just be because they were young. I thought as long as all of them were not doing it, it would work itself out. Threw some oyster shells out for them just to be on the safe side. I've yet to see any of them actually eat the oyster shells, but that's what lots of knowledgeable people recommend. Figured it couldn't hurt. I haven't seen any more since last year. I'm sure some of the more experienced people will chime in with a better answer.![]()
