Free Range Goldens

Do any of you guys raising Goldens or Amherst free range your birds ? I have been getting a lot of questions from folks interested in buying chicks as to wheather you can free range these birds. I have never tried it due mostly to predators but would sure like to hear other folks opinions or experiences.

Yeah,you can free range them,but only one time.They will take off and maybe,just maybe you will see one or two of them.These are gamebirds,not chickens,they have gamebird instincts which tell them to fly.
