Free range in the rain?

Looks like a lotta good advice here! ~ we also have a partially covered coop~ If they want out of the weather, they will get out of the weather...

I was wondering too, about free ranging in the rain. Our temps are in the upper 30's and 40's now in November and I know they seem to enjoy the rain. But I didn't want to have them go back and roost for the night being wet when the temps are dropping. Didn't know if they may be more susceptible to getting sick if they didn't dry out. Plus the wet in the coop and all. I have 6 layers that love to free range in the woods. Hate to keep them cooped up just because its raining. I know they have oil on their feathers, but more worried about sickness.
