Free ranging geese and muscovies in an orchard with a stream in the middle

We love in the middle of city! We are blessed with one acre garden near busy main road full of traffic and restaurants. Loads of neighbours, that's why i cant have cockrels...

How do you keep your flock out of the road? fencing all around?

I have seven foot fence around the garden so they wont go on the road. My muscovies are too fat to fly.

My drakes can't but my females can so I clip a wing. Love to see your set up and birds when you can.

Here it is:

This is about 1/3 of acre, on the other side of the brook is our house and rest of the garden. I have my broody cage there with a little bantam hen sitting on five duck eggs which are supposed to hatch Tuesday/Wednesday.
Forest at the back is also ours.

I noticed you have some African geese...i also live in the city and haven't gotten any geese because i was worried they would be too loud. Do have a problem with yours being too loud? I love geese and have always wanted some. Thanks!

Very nice , so you live in the city and can have geese? mine can be so loud at times I wonder if they can be heard from 4-5 miles away that is our closet town.
