Free Rooster Indianapolis

One of my flock has grown into a handsome, healthy rooster. He is an Easter Egger and looks just like the roosters you could turn up on a Google image search. He loves his 4 hens and free ranging in my back yard, but he crows too much for the neighbor who likes to sleep in.

aww sorry you have to give him up, I hope you find him a good home. We keep our boys in the coop until 9 so we don't make the neighbors mad. If you don't find a good home for him here maybe you would like to come to our meetup August 1st and try to trade him or give him away. Well, you're still invited anyway

I wish keeping him in were enough to muffle the noise. Our lots here in the city are only 50 feet wide, so no matter where I put the chicken tractor, he is still heard at the break of day.
