Hello, I have been trying to concentrate on keeping only Bantams. These were the first 3 that I ever hatched out. 2 are light/dark Brahmas and "lucky" is a BO. They are 2 years old. They still lay, but not as often. These are big girls! Friendly too! Never had any health issues (that I know of). I get a huge brown egg every other day or 2. Lucky lays olive green eggs. If interested, PM me.. Thanks..

Does she look like a BO? When I posted pics a while ago, they all thought she was a BO. She had green legs when she was smaller and always laid a light (olive) colored egg.

She is the sweetest regardless, and my mother loved the green eggs.

Can I claim them as dependents? Looks like they are staying..

I love them, but they pick on my silkies and I don't have a great amount of land to make 2 separate pens etc..

I sympathize. I ended up just splitting my run in half and sticking another coop on the opposite end. So it's like an I, with the bantams in one coop and the standards in the other, and the run divided half way down. They all have enough space that way, really, since I had them all before. I just had to allot it differently.

They are really laid back, but the silkies have big poofs, that they don't even see them coming until they are too close to get away. They have never drawn blood, but I didn't want to find out the hard way. They are triple the size of the silkies.

do I have to find another person to make a trip for me and snag them! haha

If I wasnt so far I would!
